Order Cancellation
- Once an order is placed and confirmed, we begin processing it immediately to ensure fast dispatch. Unfortunately, due to our quick processing times, we cannot accept cancellations once the order is confirmed.
- We strongly recommend reviewing your order details carefully before completing the checkout process to avoid any mistakes.
Damaged Items
- We put in a lot of hard work and care into packing every IndiBows order. However, in the rare event that your item is damaged during shipping, we are here to help!
- If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately by contact us on WhatsApp +91 9136717688or via our Instagram handle @the_indibows.
- To facilitate a smooth resolution, please send a video of the unboxing process and the damaged product.
- Once verified, we will replace the damaged item immediately at no additional cost to you.
Product Exchange
- We offer free exchanges for products that are defective or damaged during shipping.
- You will only be responsible for the shipping costs to return the original product and to receive the new item.
- If you wish to exchange a product for any other reason (such as a different style or size), the cost of shipping for the return and exchange will be borne by the customer.
Non-Damaged Returns
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase and the product is not damaged, we unfortunately do not offer returns. As our products are handmade and made to order, we cannot accept returns for non-damaged goods.
